Our formula to success is simple, by having our own expert Live Stock buyers select solely from the highest standard of live cattle, veal calves, lambs, sheep and goats, which are then sent to our Federally Inspected contracting partner abattoirs, we are able to offer you a Tender Genuine Meat Product. Our target consistency originates from a practice of refined Wet Age Process of 14 days. Along with our routine plant and hygiene inspections and quality meats, our success and reputation stem from years of experience.

Globe Meats, the originator of imported lamb, carries an extensive line of Imported Frozen and Fresh lambs We are pleased to announce a new Partner of AUSTRALIAN SPRING LAMB. This product is a refined frozen spring lamb and its success can be attributed to its succulent tenderness with minimum odor which is due to special feed programs and castration process.
